NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING THE WESTBOUND ON-RAMP AT THE 201 MILEMARKER OF INTERSTATE 80. DRIVER #1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL, DROPPING THE VEHICLE'S TIRES OFF OF THE SHOULDER CAUSING UNIT #1 TO ROLL ONTO IT'S SIDE. DRIVER #1 HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN STOPPED THAT DAY AND PLACED OUT OF SERVICE TRP. ENGSTLER #306.
