NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND IN THE LEFT LANE WHEN A TRUCK TIRE ROLLED THROUGH THE MEDIAN FROM THE NORTHBOUND SIDE AND ENTERED THE SOUTHBOUND LANES. UNIT 1 STRUCK THE TIRE.
