VEHICLE #1 WAS GOING NORTH ON INTERSTATE 35 WHEN IT HYDROPLANED ON WATER COVERED ROAD, LOST CONTROL, AND ENTERED THE MEDIAN WHERE IT STRUCK THE CABLE GUARDRAIL.
