NARRATIVE

ON 4-25-11, VEHICLE #1 WAS STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN ON K52 AT B40. WHEN HE THOUGHT THE WAY WAS CLEAR HE PULLED OUT TO CONTINUE SOUTH ON HICKORY AVE. THE DRIVER OF #1 FAILED TO SEE VEHICLE #2 THAT WAS EASTBOUND ON B40, DRIVER #2 ATTEMPTED TO AVOID THE COLLISION BY BRAKING AND STEERING TO THE RIGHT. #2 STRUCK #1 FORCING BOTH VEHICLES INTO THE SOUTHEAST DITCH, WHERE THEY CAME TO REST UP AGAINST A HEDGE.
