NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 AND VEHICLE 2 WERE NORTHBOUND ON N. BROADWAY. VEHICLE 1 WAS SLOWING TO TURN INTO A RESIDENCIAL DRIVE. VEHICLE 2 WAS SLOWING TO ACCOMODATE VEHICLE 1 TURNING. AS VEHICLE 1 TURNED INTO THE RESIDENCIAL DRIVE, A HIGH PROFILE VEHICLE WAS DRIVING SOUTH. THE HIGH PROFILE VEHICLE HAD BRIGHT HEADLIGHTS WHICH BLINDED VEHICE 2. VEHICLE 2 LOST SIGHT OF VEHICLE 1 DUE TO TE BRIGHT LIGHTS. VEHICLE 2 STRUCK THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR END. THE PASSENGER OF VEHICLE 1 HAS HAD PRIOR INJURIES AND THE IMPACT AGGREVATED THEM. THIS PASSENGER WAS TAKEN BY THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE 1 TO THE HOSPITAL.
