UNIT #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HWY #3 AND APPROACHING A CURVE IN THE ROADWAY. THE VEHICLE WENT OFF ONTO THE SHOULDER AND ENTERED THE WEST DITCH, COMING TO REST ON IT'S RIGHT SIDE.
