NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON INTERSTATE 80 WHEN ANOTHER SEMI PASSED AND SUDDENLY CAME OVER CAUSING VEHICLE 1 TO STRIKE THE REAR OF THE SEMI. THE OTHER SEMI CONTINUED WEST. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE # 1 WAS UNABLE TO GET ANY INFORMATION FROM THE OTHER SEMI. MINOR DAMAGE TO THE HOOD AND BUMPER. THERE WAS HEAVY RAIN, STRONG WINDS, AND ICING UP ON THE SHOULDERS AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT.
