NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ATTEMPTING TO STOP WHEN SHE GRAZED THE BUMPER OF THE SEMI TRAILER. SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS "MAYBE" GOING 5 MPH. UNIT 2 WAS NOT DAMAGED.
