NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 AT THE 112 MILE MARKER. VEHICLE 1 IS A MOTORHOME PULLING A 2002 GMC ENVOY. VEHICLE 2 WAS ALSO NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 AT 113 MILE MARKER. VEHICLE 2 COULD NOT STOP BECAUSE THE DRIVER ADVISED HE HAD LOW BRAKE FLUID. VEHICLE 2 THEN RAN INTO THE REAR OF VEHICLE 1.
