NARRATIVE

ON 04-14-2011 VEHICLE ONE AND VEHICLE TWO WERE TRAVELING SOUTH BOUND ON I29 AT MM 147. VEHICLE TWO WAS MERGING TO THE LEFT LANE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION. VEHICLE ONE WAS FOLLOWING TO CLOSE AND REAR ENDED VEHICLE TWO. VEHICLE ONE HAD SEVERE FRONT END DAMAGE AND CITED FOR FOLLOWING TO CLOSE. VEHICLE TWO HAD MINOR DAMAGE TO THE FLAT BED TRAILER. NO INJURIES.
