NARRATIVE

VEHICLE ONE WAS A SEMI TRACTOR TRAILER THAT WAS BACKING INTO A PARKING SPOT. IT WAS IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION WEIGHT SCALES ON INTERSTATE 35 AT THE 212 MILE MARKER SOUTHBOUND. THE TRAILER WAS OFFSET COMPAIRED TO THE TRACTOR CAUSING A OBSTRUCTION IN THE DRIVER'S MIRRORS. THE DRIVER STUCK AND KNOCKED OVER A LIGHT POLE IN THE PARKING LOT.
