NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS SOUTHBOUND IN THE 1700 BLOCK OF JJ AVE. THE DRIVER OF UNIT ONE ADVISED THAT A RACCOON CAME OUT OF THE WEST DITCH. THE DRIVER OF UNIT ONE THEN SLAMMED ON HER BRAKES TO AVOID THE RACCOON. THE VEHICLE STARTED TO FISH TAIL AND THE DRIVER COULD NOT REGAIN CONTROL. UNIT ONE THEN ROLLED AND LANDED UPRIGHT IN THE EAST DITCH FACING WEST.
