NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HWY 63. DUE TO AN EMOTIONAL STATE OF MIND, DRIVER #1 PURPOSELY DROVE VEHICLE #1 OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF NB HWY 63. VEHICLE #1 STRUCK A GUARDRAIL ON THE EAST SHOULDER OF HWY 63. THE GUARDRAIL RAN PARALLEL ALONG HWY 63 UNDER THE I-80 BRIDGE. AFTER STRIKING THE GUARDRAIL, THE DRIVER THEN PURPOSELY DROVE VEHICLE #1 INTO A LIGHT POLE. THE LIGHT POLE WAS LOCATED IN THE EAST DITCH OF HWY 63, BETWEEN THE I-80 BRIDGE AND THE WESTBOUND OFF-RAMP. THE POLE WAS JUST NORTH OF THE GUARDRAIL THAT HAD INITIALLY BEEN STRUCK. AFTER STRIKING THE POLE, DRIVER #1 STOPPED THE VEHICLE ON THE EAST SHOULDER OF NB HWY 63.
