NARRATIVE

BOTH UNITS WERE GOING SOUTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 380. UNIT 1 MOVED INTO UNIT 2'S LANE STRIKING THE REAR TRAILER. THE FRONT END OF UNIT 1 WENT UNDER THE TRAILER OF UNIT 2 BECOMING WEDGED. UNIT 2 PULLED OFF ONTO THE SHOULDER DRAGGING UNIT 1 WITH IT. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 THEN FLED THE SCENE ON FOOT.
