UNIT 1 WAS NB ON UTAH AVE. UNIT 1'S DRIVER CLAIMED HE ATTEMPTED TO AVOID A DEER CROSSING UTAH AVE . UNIT 1 GRADUALLY ENTERED THE WEST DITCH AND STRUCK A CREEK EMBANKMENT.
