NARRATIVE

BOTH UNITS ONE AND TWO WERE NORTHBOUND ON I-35 AT THE 105.75 MM. UNIT ONE WAS IN THE LEFT LANE. UNIT TWO WAS IN THE RIGHT LANE. UNIT ONE ATTEMPTED TO CHANGE LANES INTO THE RIGHT LANE THAT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED BY UNIT TWO. THE DRIVER OF UNIT TWO TOOK EVASIVE ACTION TO AVOID A CRASH BUT LOST CONTROL AND ENTERED THE CENTER MEDIAN COMING TO A STOP AFTER STRIKING THE BRIFEN WIRE/CABLE. UNITS ONE AND TWO DID NOT MAKE CONTACT.
