NARRATIVE

UINT ONE WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-35 AT THE 99.50 MM IN THE LEFT LANE PASSING BY A SEMI. DRIVER ONE WAS FLICKING ASHES OFF HIS CIGARETTE WHEN HE LOST CONTROL VEERED LEFT AND STRUCK THE BRIFEN WIRE AND POSTS. UNIT ONE STOPPED ON THE WEST SHOULDER AND HAD TO BE TOWED WITH SEVERE DAMAGE.
