NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE WAS EASTBOUND ON I-80 PREPARING TO TAKE THE I-35 NORTHBOUND RAMP. UNIT ONE WAS GOING TO FAST FOR SUGGESTED 45 MPH RAMP AND LOST CONTROL ON THE RAMP. UNIT ONE WAS FACING WESTBOUND ON THE EASTBOUND RAMP AND THE TRAILER WAS COMPLETELY BLOCKING THE RAMP. UNIT ONE ALSO TOOK OUT 30 FEET OF BRIFEN WIRE AND SEVERAL POSTS.
