NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 and #2 were traveling westbound on Hwy 48. Vehicle #1 was attempting to pass vehicle #2 at the intersection of Hwy 48 and Ave E. While passing, vehicle #2 was attempting to turn south onto Ave E, when vehicle #1 collided with vehicle #2 on the left side at this intersection. Both vehicles did remain upright. Assisting agencies were: Page County Sheriffs Department, Essex Police, Essex Fire & Rescue and the Iowa Department of Transportation.
