NARRATIVE

VEH. #1 WAS WB ON I-80 WHEN HE STRUCK THE BRIDGE AT THE 68.75MM CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT FRONT OF HIS TRUCK. VEH. #1 THEN WENT INTO THE DITCH, THROUGH A FENCE AND INTO A FIELD.
