NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON ILLINOIS DRIVE NEAR HWY 14 WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL ON THE GRAVEL. UNIT 1 OVERTURNED ONTO ITS SIDE BUT NEVER LEFT THE ROADWAY. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO KNOXVILLE HOSPITAL WITH MINOR INJURIES.
