VEHICLE 1 EAST BOUND ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE A MARKED POLICE VEHCILE. DRIVER ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN, LOST CONTROL, ENTERED THE EAST DITCH, ROLLED ONTO IT'S DRIVER'S SIDE THEN COMING BACK ONTO IT'S WHEELS RESTING FACING SOUTH.
