NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 IS EASTBOUND I80 IN CENTER LANE APPROACHING EAST MIX MASTER AT 137MM. UNIT 1 THEN MOVES CENTER TO LEFT LANE THEN TO SHOULDER. UNIT 1 THEN STRIKES THE GUARD RAIL TRAVELING DOWN GUARD RAIL FOR SEVERAL HUNDRED FEET. UNIT 1 COMES TO REST UP AGAINST THE GUARD RAIL AND PARTIALLY ON THE SHOULDER FACING EASTBOUND.
