NARRATIVE

THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE ONE WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 60 WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE ON THE BRIDGE. THE COMBINATION OF SOME ICE ON THE BRIDGE, STRONG WINDS AND SPEED OF THE VEHICLE WERE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS THAT CAUSED THE DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL AND ENTER THE DITCH STRIKING A LARGE SIGN, CUTTING OFF ONE OF THE TWO MAIN BEAMS AT THE BASE.
