NARRATIVE

Vehicle #1 was southbound on I-29. Vehicle #1's front passenger tire blew. Vehicle #1 then entered the west ditch. Vehicle #1 rolled and came to rest on the driver's side. The truck was hauling comtaminanted dirt from a job sit to a dump site. DNR was contacted and the site was cleaned up by the end of the night.
