UNIT #1 AND UNIT #2 ARE BOTH EAST BOUND ON INTERSTATE 80. UNIT #2 IS HAVING ENGINE PROBLEMS AND IS TRAVELING 35 MILES PER HOUR IN THE RIGHT LANE. THE FRONT OF UNIT #1 MAKES CONTACT WITH THE REAR OF UNIT #2.
