NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE SOUTHBOUND LANES ON HWY 61 AT THE 103.25 MILE MARKER. VEHICLE 1 ENTERED THE NORTH DITCH AND STRUCK A FIELD ENTRANCE WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO VAULT. AS THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE AIR, IT STRUCK A TREE AND PROCEEDED TO OVERTURN. VEHICLE 1 CAME TO FINAL REST ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FACING A NORTHERLY DIRECTION.
