NARRATIVE

VEH #1 WAS SB ON HWY 63 AND HAD JUST CAME THRU THE CURVE WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WENT OFF THE ROADWAY INTO THE SOUTHBOUND DITCH AND ROLLED.
