NARRATIVE

VEHICLE WAS SOUTHBOUND ON N-28 WHEN HE RAN INTO A SERVE THUNDERSTORM THAT PRODUCED LARGE HAIL KNOCKING OUT THE PASSENGER SIDE WINDOWS AND THE BACK WINDOW. TH DRIVER STRUCK IN THE HEAD BY AN UNKNOWN OBJECT. HE WAS CHECKED OUT BY THE FONDA EMS.
