NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 IS EASTBOUND AT THE 143MM OF I80 DRIVING IN THE INSIDE OR LEFT LANE OF TRAVEL. THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 LOOSES CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND LEAVES THE ROADWAY ON THE INSIDE SHOULDER AND ENTERS THE MEDIAN WHERE THE VEHICLE STRIKES THE CABLE GUARDRAIL SYSTEM WHICH PROTECTS THE CONCRETE BRIDGE SUPPORTS. IMPACT OCCURS TO THE LEFT SIDE OF VEHICLE #1. VEHICLE #1 COMES TO REST FACING EAST WITH THE CABLE SYSTEM PROTUDING INTO THE FRONT LEFT CORNER OF THE VEHICLE.
