NARRATIVE

THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 WAS FAILING TO STOP FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AND WAS ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE THEM AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE #1 AND WENT INTO THE WEST DITCH OF HIGHWAY 69. VEHICLE #1 ROLLED OVER SEVERAL TIMES AND CAME TO REST ON ITS TOP.
