NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS PARKED ON INTERSTATE 80 WESTBOUND AT MILEPOST 264 AND TAGGED AS A BROKEN DOWN VEHICLE. THE OWNERS OF UNIT 1 WERE AWARE OF THE VEHICLES LOCATION AND WERE MAKING ARRANGMENTS TO RETRIEVE IT. UNIT 1 WAS STRUCK BY AN UNKNOWN VEHICLE THAT CONTINUED WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80.
