NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS WB ON I-80 AT THE 112 MM. DRIVER OF UNIT #1 SAID SHE FORGOT TO TAKE HER SEIZURE MEDICINE. DRIVER OF UNIT #1 HAD A SEIZURE AND LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. UNIT #1 STRUCK THE CONCRETE BARRIER ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BRIDGE, WENT ACROSS BOTH LANES AND STRUCK THE SOUTH BARRIER, THEN BACK ACROSS BOTH LANES STRIKING THE NORTH BARRIER, AND THEN BACK ACROSS BOTH LANES STRIKING THE LEFT BARRIER AND COMING TO REST UP AGAINST THE BARRIER. MINOR INJURIES.
