NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 80 IN THE INSIDE LANE NEAR MILEMARKER 184. UNIT #1 LOST CONTROL, CROSSING INTO THE MEDIAN AND STRIKING THE BACKSIDE OF A DOT GUARD RAIL. DRIVER #1 STATED HE HAD BRAKED HEAVILY TO AVOID A VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM AND CLAIMED TO HAVE FAULTY BRAKES.
