VEHICLE #2 WAS LEGALLY PARKED IN HADICAP PARKING SPACE AT REST AREA. VEHICLE #1 CAME OFF INTERSTATE 80 THRU PARKING LOT AND WAS PULLING INTO STALL NEXT TO VEHICLE #2. DRIVER OF VEHICLE #2 STARTED TO OPEN HIS DOOR STOPPED AND THEN DOOR CAME OPEN VEHICLE #1 SIDE SWIPED VEHICLE #2 DOOR. SHOULD BE NOTTED HIGH WINDS THAT POSSIBLE CAUGHT DRIVERS DOOR
