UNIT TWO WAS STOPPED AND ATTEMPTING TO TURN NORTH INTO A BUSINESS PARKING LOT. UNIT ONE WAS TRAVELING EAST ON HIGHWAY 3 AND COLLIDED WITH THE REAR PORTION OF UNIT ONE.
