NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON I35. AT THE 102MM THE DRIVER DRIFTED OFF ON TO THE SHOULDER AND STRUCK AND PARKED VEHICLE THAT HAD BROKE DOWN AND WAS UNOCCUPIED. THE VEHICLE WAS WELL OFF THE TRAVELED PORTION AND WAS NOT A TRAFFIC HAZARD.
