NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON NASH BLVD. VEHICLE 1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE, RAN OFF THE ROAD TO THE LEFT, HIT A STREET SIGN, SWERVED BACK ONTO THE ROAD, NEARLY STRUCK ANOTHER VEHICLE IN TRAFFIC HEAD ON, CONTINUED DOWN THE ROAD, DROVE BACK OFF THE ROAD OVER ANOTHER SIGN AND STOPPED IN A PARKING LOT. THE DRIVER WAS OPERATING WHILE INTOXICATED. HE WAS CHARGED WITH OWI 1ST OFF, IMPROPER USE OF LANES, FAILURE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL, FAILURE TO YIELD TO AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE, FAILURE TO HAVE INSURANCE, AND FAILURE TO WEAR A SEATBELT.
