NARRATIVE

AN UNINVOLVED VEHICLE WAS FACING EAST ON HWY 57, WAITING TO TURN NORTH ONTO HWY T-55. VEHICLE 1 WAS DRIVING EAST ON HWY 57, APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION. VEHICLE 1 SWERVED SOUTH ONTO V AVE IN ORDER TO MISS THE TURNING VEHICLE. VEHICLE 1 THEN SWERVED BACK ONTO HWY 57, CROSSING THE CENTER LINE AND STRIKING VEHICLE 2 WHICH WAS TRAVELING WEST ON HWY 57.
