NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS WESTBOUND ON D20 (190TH). THE FIRST VISIBLE SKID MARKS SHOW THAT VEHICLE #1 WAS STRATTLING THE CENTER LINE & SHARPLY TURNED BACK TO THE RIGHT. VEHICLE #1 THEN LEFT THE ROAD AND ENTERED THE NORTH DITCH TRAVELING IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION. AS VEHICLE #1 ENTERED THE DITCH, IT STRUCK 1 OF THE POSTS THAT WERE HOLDING A SIGN. THE POST SNAPPED AND VEHICLE #1 CONTINUED IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION INTO THE DITCH. VEHICLE #1 THEN MADE A SHARP TURN TO THE RIGHT (NORTH/NORTHEAST) CAUSING VEHICLE #1 TO ROLL ONTO ITS DRIVER SIDE AND THE VEHICLE THEN SLID TO THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL. VEHICLE #1 THEN ROLLED BACK ONTO ITS WHEELS FACING WEST. VEHICLE #1 WAS STUCK IN THE MUD. THE LEFT REAR TIRE WAS DEFLATED. DRIVER #1 STATED THAT THE WEATHER WAS LIGHT FOG AND THAT THE ROAD WAS WET BUT IT WAS NOT RAINING. DRIVER #1 ALSO STATED THAT HER HEATER WAS NOT WORKING AND THAT THE WINDSHIELD WAS FOGGING OVER, PARTIALLY OBSTRUCTING HER VIEW.
