NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON E 9 TH . VEHICLE #2 WAS EASTBOUND ON DES MOINES ST AND FAILED TO STOP FOR STOP SIGN. VEHICLE #1 STRUCK VEHICLE #2 IN THE SIDE. BOTH VEHICLES CAME TO REST IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE.
