NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON HWY 22 JUST WEST OF WELLMAN WHEN THE DRIVER FELL ASLEEP. THE VEHICLE WENT ONTO THE RIGHT SHOULDER AND ENTERED THE NORTH DITCH WHERE IT CAME TO REST.
