UNIT 1 WAS WESTBOUND ON GRAND AVE. UNIT 2 WAS EASTBOUND ON GRAND AVE. UNIT 2 FAILED TO YIELD TO UNIT 1 MAKING A LEFT TURN. UNIT 1 IMPACTED UNIT 2 ON THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR TIRE.
