NARRATIVE

VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE RIGHT LANE OF INTERSTATE 80. VEHICLE #2 WAS IN THE INSIDE LANE AND MADE A LANE CHANGE INTO THE RIGHT LANE AND STRUCK VEHICLE #1. VEHICLE #1 THEN SPUN ACROSS THE ROADWAY AND INTO THE MEDIAN WHERE IT ROLLED OVER.
