VEHICLE NUMBER 1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO PULL ONTO HIGHWAY 218 FROM A STOP SIGN AT THE SOUTH BOUND EXIT RAMP. VEHICLE NUMBER 2 WAS SOUTH BOUND ON HIGHWAY 218. VEHICLE NUMBER 1 PULLS FROM THE STOP SIGN ONTO HIGHWAY 218 AND IS STRUCK BY VEHICLE NUMBER 2.
