NARRATIVE

UNIT #1 WAS STOPPED AT THE STOP SIGN ON SEIPPEL ROAD FACING SOUTH AT THE INTERSECTION OF OLD HIGHWAY ROAD. UNIT #2 WAS WESTBOUND ON OLD HIGHWAY ROAD. UNIT #1 DRIVER PULLED IN TO THE INTERSECTION STRIKING UNIT #2.
