NARRATIVE

VEHICLE 1 WAS EASTBOUND ON I-80 AT THE 15.2 MM WHEN A DEER ENTERED THE ROADWAY. VEHICLE 1 ATTEMPTED TO AVOID THE DEER BUT WAS UNABLE TO. THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED DISABLING DAMAGE TO THE FRONT END AND THE AIRBAGS WERE DEPLOYED. THE DRIVER WAS STRUCK IN THE FACE BY THE AIRBAG AND SUSTAINED INJURY TO HER MOUTH, LOOSING AT LEAST ONE TOOTH.
