NARRATIVE

UNIT ONE AND TWO WHERE BOTH NORTH BOUND ON INTERSTATE 35 AT THE 23 MILE MARKER. UNIT TWO OBSERVED A DEER IN THE ROADWAY AND DECELERATED IN AN ABRUPT MANNER TO AVOID A COLLISION WITH THE ANIMAL. UNIT ONE OBSERVED THE SAME DEER AND UNIT TWO SLOWING BUT WAS UNABLE TO SLOW HIS VEHICLE SPEED IN TIME TO AVOID A COLLISION WITH UNIT TWO. ALL OCCUPANTS REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT. THE UNITS WERE REMOVED FROM THE SCENE BY THE OWNERS.
