NARRATIVE

UNIT 2 TRAVELING EAST ON HIGHWAY 130. UNIT 1 STOPPED SOUTHBOUND ON 60TH AVE AT HIGHWAY 130 FAILED TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY TO UNIT 2. UNIT 1 ENTERED THE INTERSECTION STRIKING UNIT 2 CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.
