NARRATIVE

UNIT 1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON INTERSTATE 80. THE DRIVER OF UNIT 1 LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND ENTERED THE NORTH DITCH. THE TRAILER THEN OVERTURNED AND CAME TO REST ON THE WHEELS. THE TRUCK CAME TO REST STILL ATTACHED TO THE TRAILER IN THE NORTH DITCH FACING WEST.
